If I had to describe my visit in 3 words, I’d say kind, gentle, and comforting. That’s important because I’ve had really bad experiences at the dentist and I was honestly terrified. Dr. Lim and dental assistant Kingsley were absolutely amazing and I wish I could give a 10-star review! Thank you so much!

Dr Jane Yang:
1. She was apathetic in regards to my comfort.
2. She told me 4 appointments in a row to “control my saliva” — first of all, what?! That’s an insane statement to make even once, and I can’t believe I put up with it as many times as I did. My new dentist was able to manage it easily with a piece of cotton!
3. She got that purple sticky stuff stuck to my hair and face every single time I got a root canal with her... and I couldn’t remove it for days. I’d rather never sit in her chair again — that’s why I switched.
4. The office itself was dirty and only got worse with each appointment. I began worrying that if the office looks that bad, the tools might not be properly cleaned either.
5. They also aren’t very friendly there.
Overall, bad experience.
