I had one of the worst dental experiences of my life at this office. The dentist crowned four of my teeth, even though at least three of them did not need crowns. Since then, my entire left side has been in pain every time I drink something—even warm liquids.
Two weeks later, the secretary called me saying my insurance would have covered different crowns, something I was never told beforehand. When I refused to go back, I was pressured and made to feel like I had no choice but to get crowns instead of simple fillings.
The dentist treated me poorly when I didn’t agree, and the secretary even hung up the phone on me. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
Now I am left in pain, with unnecessary crowns, and regret ever trusting this dentist. I would not recommend this office to anyone. She worked on my mouth without even telling me what she was doing

Dr Ho is a great dentist and won’t recommend any unnecessary surgery. I had a mesial impaction with my lower right wisdom tooth, and Dr. Ho explained why we should remove only that one. He didn’t suggest taking all four out since the others are healthy teeth that I can continue to use as I get older. During the surgery, the removal process took around 5 minutes or less, which amazed me—I couldn’t believe it was that fast.

Dr Jane Yang lacks professionalism. She will not greet you and she acts like she is in a rush. She will treat you without explaining what she is doing and will leave without a sound, not making time for questions. When I asked about a concern about my tooth, she would act with passive aggression and say to not question her judgment. If you have good teeth and are looking for a one and done experience without having words exchanged, this may be good for you. But, if you are looking for care and assurance of concerns, you should ask to see another dentist.

I went to get my wisdom teeth pulled out and I was so nervous since I had a horrible experience at a different dentist office. Dr.Ho made me feel extremely comfortable and took out both my wisdom teeth in probably less than 30 seconds. I felt absolutely nothing and didn't even realize they were out until he showed me my tooth. He’s an outstanding doctor!

Dr Ho was so reassuring throughout the whole process of getting my wisdom tooth removed, provided lots of information which made me feel very prepared. The procedure itself was literally painless and took about 5 minutes. Even after the anesthesia wore off I am in no pain. I highly recommend getting wisdom teeth removed by dr ho!

If I had to describe my visit in 3 words I’d have to say kind, gentle and comforting. That’s important because I’ve had really bad experiences at the dentist and I was honestly terrified. Dr. Lim and dental assistant Kingsley were absolutely amazing and I wish I could give a 10 star review! Thank you so much!

Dr Jane Yang:
1. She was apathetic in regards to my comfort.
2. She told me 4 appointments in a row to “control my saliva” — first of all, what?!
That is an insane statement to make even once, and i can’t believe i put up with it as many times as i did. How does a person control their saliva? She could have done a few things to help control my saliva if she wanted to, but instead made it an ongoing issue. My new dentist was able to control it with a piece of cotton! No problems with my root canal with my new doc.
(He even made the impression so easy compared to Dr Yang.)
3. She got that purple sticky stuff stuck to my hair and face every single time i got a root canal with her... and i couldn’t remove it from my hair for days... almost a week... I’d rather never sit in her chair again, that’s why i switched.
4. The office itself was dirty, and only got worse with each appointment. I began worrying that if the office looks this disgusting, then perhaps the tools used on me weren’t properly cleaned either.
5. They also aren’t very friendly there.

I had an emergency right before leaving town — my crown fell off and I was panicking since I was flying out the next day for a week. Dr. Ho was able to see me on very short notice and took quick, effective action to save my tooth and make it look great.
He also gave me a backup plan just in case something happens while I’m away, and explained my next steps for treatment in the coming weeks. I really appreciate his professionalism, care, and calm approach in an urgent situation. Highly recommend!

Been a patient of doctor Dr. Ho for years and he always takes care of me and my family. One of the most competent dentist in the city. Professional, on time and very considerate of his patients.

I’ll be leaving a review at every location’s review section to make sure ppl see them.
AVOID this practice if you respect your safety and dental health.
They are scammers only wanting to commit insurance fraud.
They ruin your teeth just so u can keep returning so they can collect money from the insurance.
I went in for a root canal, which resulted in the tooth getting infected one month later. I was in so much pain when I shouldn’t have been.
I came in with pain and left with twice the amount of pain. Horrible practice and horrible ppl.
The dentist Dr. Linn was so aggressive and impatient when she told me to lower my face, but I couldn’t understand at what angle so she physically pulled my face down and nastily says,
“DOWN. PUT YOUR HEAD DOWN!”
I was so pissed and ready to defend myself.
They are con artists who stole $850 from me just so my tooth can get infected and just to have it pulled!!
