那位杨女士实在缺乏职业素养，态度还特别恶劣。来诊所之前，我已经跟前台通过电话说明情况，并且提前预约好了。到门诊后，我做完了各项检查和洗牙，牙科助理让我在诊室稍等医生。
结果杨女士路过似的走过来，根本没有要停留沟通的意思，张口就说我有一颗牙齿需要矫正，费用要3000美元。我当即表示不做这个项目，她却直接无视我的想法，无视我的需求。我当时都被她的态度弄懵了，从来没见过这样的医生，她根本不配当医生！
更过分的是，她还各种嘲讽，让我去别的地方做。整个过程我都觉得莫名其妙。当时她身边还有三位年轻的助理，他们估计也都看傻眼了，我特意大老远选择来这家诊所，得不到任何帮忙就算了，反倒莫名其妙被数落，从未见过这样的人，这种修养 、人该有最基本的素养都没有，真是让人无语！

This was my first dentist visit in a long time and Dr. Ho was very nice and easy to talk to. He also took his time to explain what was going on with my teeth which I really appreciated. I would definetly recommend him to friends and family.

First time seeing Dr Ho in this clinic. He’s down to earth and good humor dentist. He has a chill vibe to calm his patients and make the visit fun. He is profession with his work and knowledgeable. He is honest too. I would go back to him again.

Smooth procedure. Dr. Ho got my wisdom tooth out in a matter of seconds. Would definitely recommend him to people who needs to remove their wisdom teeth.

I had a toothache that had been bothering me for a couple of days, but today the pain got much worse. I called the office and Dr. Ho told me to walk in so he could take care of the problem.
When I arrived, I waited less than 30 minutes before being seen. Dr. Ho treated my cavity with a filling and also performed a deep cleaning.
Dr. Ho truly cares about his patients, and this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a dentist. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Jang is extremely rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t greet her patients or explain anything. She talks low and then yells at you if you don’t understand her instructions. Waited over 1 hour and 30 mins just to not be greeted or explained anything and instead yelled at. Disgusting.

Whenever I have dental issues I would reach out to Dr. Ho and he always respond to my concerns very quickly whether in person or via email. Glad to have a dentist that is always available to assist!
