Dr. Ho is a great dentist! He was gentle throughout the entire visit and took the time to explain everything in detail, which I really appreciated. No cavities and my teeth are in great shape. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience with this place.
I went here two years ago for the first time just for a routine dental checkup. During the visit, the dentist mentioned she could fix my underbite and shared stories of helping other patients with the same issue. Eager to get rid of the suffering caused by my underbite, I signed up for the treatment.
During the entire 18-month treatment, they never gave me any advice on oral hygiene, nor were they ever patient when I raised concerns or questions. A few months into the treatment, I noticed that my gums began to recede, but they completely dismissed it.
As soon as my front teeth were aligned, she rushed to terminate the treatment without asking for my opinion. Every time I expressed my concerns, she brushed me off and ignored them.
After consulting with another dentist, I learned that she failed to disclose she was not a licensed orthodontist.
Furthermore, she removed the braces without adjusting my molars into a functional, proper position—an adjustment that was perhaps far beyond her ability. Even worse, her entire treatment plan was a fundamental mistake, as a Combined Orthodontic-Orthognathic Treatment was the only proper solution for my case.
I have already consulted with Dental Expert Witnesses (Goodman Orthodontics) and a Dental Malpractice Lawyer (Chianese & Reilly Law, P.C.), and I am confident that justice will be served.

I have been a patient for more than a decade and during the last 3 visits ( 6 months regular check up and cleaning ) i have clearly noticed her treatment going down.
I usually go only for regular cleanings and I'm a heavy plague producer and have always struggled with it and now i'm also seeing black stains on my teeth even tho i brush twice and floss regularly.
Last 3 visits she doesn't even clean my teeth well and leave tartar and blacks stains. Whats the point of cleaning when you gonna leave behind stains and tartar ?
She comes cleans a little ( always in a rush ) and then leave immediately, treats like she is the only dentist in the whole NYC and i'm not going anywhere else.
Not going to her office ever again.

我在8大道其他的牙科去看过智齿，他们不能为我拔出理由是智齿的位置太深。在朋友的推荐下，我来到何医生的诊所，一开始我是没有抱有期望的，因为智齿的位置实在太深并且靠近神经。当何医生说他可以为我拔出时，我还是对他不信任。但是今天来拔牙时他真的非常专业，我准备好接受漫长且痛苦的拔牙过程，但是这一切并没有发生，他用很短的时间为我拔出了牙齿，我到现在都不敢相信。选择正确的牙科医生是多么幸运的事

今天我带我的两个孩子去何医生那里拔牙和洗牙，何医生很幽默也很有耐心，儿子问了很多问题，他都很耐心的回答他们，而且牙洗的很干净，如果有需要洗牙很拔牙，可以去5115 8ave
找何医生，他是个很有经验的牙医，我10年前在他那里把智慧牙，技术很好，那是为什么十年后我的孩子需要拔牙我还是选择了他.

Dr. Ho is a very patient and caring person. I have a lot of anxiety when seeing dentists and I appreciate how Dr. Ho made funny jokes to calm my nerves. He explained how my wisdom tooth don’t need extraction for now and the risk/complications that would arise. He’s not here to profit on you, I can tell he treats me as a pt like how he would treat his friend and family. He made sure to provide me with extra anesthesia as I am sensitive to dental work and did the filling to his very best ability. He took so much time to explain the success rate and answered all my questions with care. I highly recommend him because of how genuine he is as a person and dentist. He definitely helped ease my fear of dentists, I wish there are more dentist like him out there.

Dr. Ho was amazing for the first time I’ve found a dentist where I wasn’t miserable in pain or regretting visiting a dentist! He’s very funny and made me feel welcomed. Definitely lucky to have found a dentist who meets my needs 5 stars is not enough deserves like a 100!!!
